This place is good, and has everything I need, including free Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour security. I still remember how the staff helped me get back my forgotten earpods. I highly recommend checking out the delicious food at the restaurant. I'm coming back for another trip!

Rooms were fine, all with Nile views, good all round 4-5 star facilities as one would expect
Wi fi charges (Egyptian 55 Pounds pre hours) were very steep!

This hotel was once a 5 star hotel, but the lack of improvements makes it a little beat. The beds are too stiff, as well are the pillows. We were given a suite for 4 people, so, the room was quite big and quiet, but that's all. There are 3 restaurants and hey serve good food, and the breakfast is fair, apart from the juice (artificil one, lke Tang or something an if you'd like a fresh juice, you'd have to pa extra). The swimming pools are nice and the location is also quite good, Also, the hotel staff was nice and always ready to help you.
I think I already explain everything above, however, just to emphsize: old furniture, stiff beds and pillows and the juice atthe breakfast.

Our room had a fantastic view of the swimming pool, nile, and mountain containing the valley of the queens. It was wonderfull to see the hot air ballons float by early one morning. The location was also great for seeing the temples.

This hotel was chilled-out base for exploring Luxor, appreciated it and venue's thoughtful staff at the reception desk and other staff. The room I booked was fashionable and huge with view on the nile, a great view and large balcony. Everything was simply nice.

Spacious room with a fab Nile view! The location was spot on. An unexpected treat was the fine sunset right from the hotel garden!
Now, the Wi-Fi was as reliable as a cat in a dog show! And don't get me started on those rusty bathroom doors-definitely a 'no' for style!

Fantastic wiev. Nice and helpful crew. A little expensive restaurants.
The hotel was ok, but as soon as leaving the hotel you were "attacked" by taxidrivers and very intrusive carters. A general problem I Egypt if you leave a 4 star hotel you are concidered rich and noone seem to accept that you just wan't to walk.

The Pyramisa has beautiful views across the Nile, if you don't have a cruise ship parked out front. We fortunately were in the upper floors, so the view was spectacular with the balloons in the early morning. Breakfast is fine. Nice pool. The hotel is showing its age but it has all the services. The Family Rooms were fine for our family of 5, to include a baby in a cot. The children's beds were not nice, just roll aways but for two days they were fine. A/C works, hot water, everything was fine, no issues with the Booked.net reservation or price. No hidden fees. Just down the street is a fantastic Asian restaurant, they have several busses pull in for all meals. The staff was friendly and the food fresh and delicious.
The beds were not great and the hotel is approaching dingy in the rooms. The lobby is nice.

We enjoyed the backside restaurants and scenery. Very relaxing and comfortable. The view of the Nile and the West Bank was fabulous at sunset and sunrise. The lobby was nice and cool with plenty of shops to buy without going to far outside. Amira at the front desk was very well spoken as most were but she would take the time to walk with you while listening to you. Not always standing in one place and has a keen eye when seeing someone with a possible question. All staffing even to housekeeping was willing to help in any way for your satisfaction. Beds are short and small but even I at 6'4", they were long enough for me. :) They have a great Italian restaurant worth dining every evening and a tea/coffee area right above the water. Great place...
The hotel is older and needs newer AC units to cool the rooms more. For those use to the heat it will be fine but for most not every room is cool enough to keep you comfortable. The front of the hotel is not where I like to start, soon as you come out to the front, you will have buggy drivers and taxi's hassle you, even if you say no. They are very persistent, just say no and close your ear to them and walk through... Everything else was ok and the

An oasis away from the hassling that tourists are bombarded with on the streets of Luxor.
The price for internet was clearly over inflated, even at "tourist" prices.

We enjoyed the Luxor Pyramisa as two families travelling together. We had family rooms, which are rare to find in Egypt. The rooms were well appointed, 2 bathrooms/1 shower, deck facing the Nile. The hotel offered services we used and enjoyed (Laundry!!! and Spa, as well as the hair Salon) The staff was very accomodating when we asked for a different cot and extra pillows. Again, the attitude was "no problem" as we found at the Pyramisa in Aswan.
The pool was only open until sunset, which was about 6 pm. We toured during the day, so having the pool open in the evening would have been nice for our kids to cool off. The Italian restaurant on site wasnt very good, but our travelling companions enjoyed it, so...?
